Logitech mm32 Portable Speaker System for iPod (Black) Review
I recently purchased this item refurbished for , with free shipping. It is compact, comes with a nice little case that has a pocket for the AC adapter, and it looks quite attractive, not cheap. When compared to other small speaker systems, the sound is louder and higher quality than I have heard before. It does not have a booming bass, but the bass can be heard, and the mid and high tones are very good, even at full volume. It is able to generate enough sound to fill a cubicle with decent-quality music. It is extremely lightweight - I can stick it in my purse and not notice it's there. I bought it to take to small-group meetings where I'd like to play an audio recording without dragging a boombox. It is perfect for that. I runs on two AA batteries or can be plugged in. Your MP3 player connects to it through the earphone jack, which can be threaded up through the bottom of the player so the cord is hidden. My Sansa player sits sort of awkwardly in the little shelf opening. It does not recharge your player. If I had payed the list price, I would be disappointed with this, but I paid less than 20 bucks, so it is a good value for the money.

I was given this as a gift. My Husband knew I needed a portable speaker system for my Sandisk Sansa Mp3 player to use in the bathroom, outside, or around the house if needed. It isnt a Dock for the Mp3 player, your device wont sit snug in the middle, it hooks up via a connector to your Mp3 player and there is a place for it to sit. Its nice looking, compact and sleek, it comes with alot of different sizes of "docks" for whatever MP3 player you have and those all have to go somewhere if you arent using them. It also comes with a carrying case, which the plug fits nicely in and its sturdy material.
My one wish is that it would be louder, there isnt much OOOMPH to its speakers so if you take it with you outside make sure its not somewhere loud, but this wasnt meant to be used as a stand alone speaker system for the beach, it would be better to get a Portable CD player, or another system that has bigger speakers!
